Job Description:
\nWe are seeking a highly experienced Wet Utilities Project Manager to lead and support field operations for wet utility projects, including water, sewer, and storm drain systems. This role will be responsible for
\nfull project lifecycle management budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality assurance, and
\ndocumentation while overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
\n\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n· Manage and enforce contract terms, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor agreements.
\n· Oversee project progress through meetings, reports, and field oversight.
\n· Forecast costs, track project performance, and ensure quality standards.
\n· Support design and delivery for APDM methods (DB, DBB, CMAR, JOC).
\n· Lead pre-construction and design coordination activities.
\n· Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients, escalating issues as needed.
\n· Foster team collaboration, safety, and leadership on all project sites.
\n· Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers and Engineers.
\n\n
Qualifications:
\n· Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
\n· 3+ years’ experience in wet utilities project management
\n· Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
\n· Skilled in scheduling, forecasting, submittals, and document control
\n· Proficient with Microsoft Office, B2W, Procore, & Bluebeam
\n· Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
\n· Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
