Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of a 2 3-day Global Footwear Partner Stores Summit. The role involves managing multiple stakeholders, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring a high-quality event experience.
- Part-time schedule: 32 hours/week (Mon Thurs).
- On-site presence required. Some hybrid flexibility allowed (not fully remote).
- Start Date: ASAP.
- 1 2 interview rounds only.
Requirements:
- Around 8 years of experience in project management, event management, or event planning.
- Strong event planning and event execution background.
- Skilled in coordinating teams, deliverables, and timelines.
- Excellent communication skills across teams and functions.
- Ability to identify risks and solve problems proactively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, short-term role with shifting priorities.
- PMP certification preferred but not required.
- Experience managing large-scale events is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience with consumer/retail brands is helpful but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage project timelines, schedules, and dependencies.
- Organize stakeholder meetings, provide progress updates, and flag risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet deadlines.
- Track project budgets and expenses.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Anticipate challenges and resolve issues quickly.
