Job Title: Alternate Project Manager (APM)

Specialty: Healthcare Operations / Program Support

Place of Work (City/State): FLETC Glynco, Georgia

Start Date: 1 -2 months

Pay: $65 - $75/hr

Shift Schedule: Full-time, on-site

How many shifts needed per month: Full-time coverage

License / Education (Flexible Qualification Pathways):

Candidates must meet one of the following:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) Active, unrestricted license (preferred)
  • Physician Assistant (PA) PANCE certified
  • Physician (MD/DO) Board certified
  • Healthcare Administrator Certified (PAHCOM, AAHAM, or equivalent)

Accredited healthcare degree required; graduate degree preferred

Certifications:
  • Role-appropriate certifications
  • EMR proficiency required
Experience needed:
  • Minimum 3 years healthcare experience
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory/management experience
  • Experience in urgent care, clinic, or similar healthcare settings
Special Skills needed:
  • Operational coordination and leadership support
  • Strong communication and reporting
  • EMR and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to manage multi-site healthcare workflows
Credentialing / Onboarding time: 6 weeks to 8 weeks Responsibilities:
  • Support PM in managing contract operations
  • Act as PM in absence of Project Manager
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all contract requirements
  • Assist in oversight of clinic operations across sites
Misc:
  • Must be capable of stepping into full PM responsibilities
  • Dedicated to this contract
