Job TitleProject ManagerJob DescriptionManage commercial construction projects from award through successful completion. Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and resources. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. Monitor project performance to ensure quality, safety, and contractual compliance. Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all teams. Oversee procurement activities, change orders, and cost controls. Collaborate closely with field teams to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum. Conduct regular site visits to support project execution and client relationships. Prepare project reports, forecasts, and executive updates. Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentorship opportunities within the project management team.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of project management experience within commercial construction. Experience working for a General Contractor is required. Federal or government construction project experience is highly preferred. Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Eligible to pass federal background checks and access secure project sites. Experience supporting Pentagon, federal agency, or other secure government projects is a plus.
