Project Manager - Government Interiors - DC

The Project Manager - Government Interiors - DC will:

  • Manage commercial interior construction projects valued between $1M and $2M from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and client communications to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Lead site meetings, manage project documentation, and proactively resolve construction challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and project support staff to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications throughout construction.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Work from a client site in Washington, DC with an early schedule of 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

The Project Manager - Government Interiors - DC will have:

  • 6+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing commercial interior construction projects.
  • Ability to independently run projects with minimal oversight.
  • Strong scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing projects valued in the $1M-$2M range preferred.
  • Comfortable working on-site in the Washington, DC market.
