Project ManagerThis established commercial construction contractor specializes in federal government, institutional, and mission-critical construction projects across the United States and internationally. With approximately 85-90 employees and a strong backlog of work, the organization continues to grow through long-standing relationships with federal agencies and repeat clients. The Project Manager will play a key role in delivering complex construction projects from planning through closeout while collaborating with experienced leadership and project teams. This Project Manager position offers exposure to highly technical projects, and the successful Project Manager will have opportunities to support landmark and secure government facilities.Job DescriptionManage commercial and federal construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.Coordinate project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and client communications.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget.Collaborate with internal teams during estimating, procurement, construction, and closeout phases.Maintain relationships with government clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues that impact schedule or costs.Conduct site visits as needed, typically averaging approximately one field visit per week.Prepare project documentation, reports, change orders, and contract administration requirements.Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and clients.Support the successful execution of secure and mission-critical construction programs.Serve as a key Project Manager responsible for maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction.Participate in career development opportunities aligned with the organization's Project Manager II growth track.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
