Pay Rate: $40 per hour Summary: Location: Greenville, SC Duration: 12 Months Responsibilities: Support HA process qualification, documentation, and substantiation activities Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards Identify opportunities for process optimization and streamlining Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a business environment Demonstrate proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Familiarity with Adobe software to create/modify PDF files Experience in process documentation and substantiation Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Experience with project management software Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated ability to improve methods, optimize processes, and streamline workflows Preferred Skills: Lean Six Sigma Continuous Improvement
