Job Description
Contribute to the successful delivery of ground-up construction, renovation, and expansion projects. Collaborate with project teams across estimating, project management, field operations, and preconstruction functions. Support projects ranging from approximately $10M to $75M in value. Work on a diverse portfolio that includes public sector facilities, educational institutions, civic buildings, multifamily housing, senior living communities, and historic preservation projects. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction objectives are achieved. Leverage modern construction technologies and processes, including BIM-enabled project delivery. Build strong relationships with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Maintain a commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and exceptional client service throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Must-Have Qualifications:
- Construction industry experience relevant to the position being considered.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with public and/or private sector construction projects.
- Exposure to ground-up construction and renovation projects.
- Familiarity with large-scale commercial, institutional, residential, or civic projects.
- Experience working with BIM and construction technology platforms.
