The company combines the resources and capabilities of a larger contractor with a people-first culture that emphasizes manageable workloads, collaboration, and long-term employee success.Job DescriptionContribute to the successful delivery of ground-up construction, renovation, and expansion projects. Collaborate with project teams across estimating, project management, field operations, and preconstruction functions. Support projects ranging from approximately $10M to $75M in value. Work on a diverse portfolio that includes public sector facilities, educational institutions, civic buildings, multifamily housing, senior living communities, and historic preservation projects. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction objectives are achieved. Leverage modern construction technologies and processes, including BIM-enabled project delivery. Build strong relationships with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Maintain a commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and exceptional client service throughout the project lifecycle.
