Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial reporting. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams. Maintain strong communication with clients and key project stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Lead project meetings and proactively resolve issues as they arise. Review and manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurement activities. Utilize Procore to track project progress, documentation, and reporting. Support business development efforts through exceptional client service. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

5-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction. Demonstrated history of stable employment and strong project tenure. Experience managing ground-up construction projects valued between $2M-$30M. Experience on larger commercial projects valued at $50M+ is highly desirable. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams successfully. Proficiency with Procore. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume project environment. Experience in automotive, retail, hospitality, life science, academic, or corporate interiors construction is a plus. Ability to commute to Beverly, MA and support projects throughout New England.
