Project Manager
Our client is a well-established construction management firm with more than 30 years of experience delivering projects across the retail, hospitality, life science, academic, corporate interiors, and automotive sectors throughout New England. Job Description
- Lead projects from preconstruction through completion
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
- Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain strong communication with clients and subcontractors
- Oversee contract administration and change management
- Monitor project financial performance and forecasting
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to client expectations
- Support business development efforts and long-term client relationships

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5-10+ years of PM experience within the construction industry
- Experience managing ground up projects from $2-$30M+
- Project experience in hospitality, automotive or commercial
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes
