Project Manager | Ground-Up & Renovation Projects | Raymond, NH

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee 2-3 commercial construction projects simultaneously, ranging from $1M to $15M in value. This role offers full lifecycle project management responsibilities, taking projects from estimator handoff through completion while working with a collaborative and highly respected team.

Description

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects concurrently with values ranging from $1M to $15M.
• Assume full ownership of projects following handoff from preconstruction/estimating teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, cost controls, and change management processes.
• Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with all project participants.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to manage documentation, reporting, and project controls.
• Support field teams and collaborate closely with company leadership throughout project execution.

Profile

• 10+ years of Construction Management experience.
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects up to $15M.
• Background in ground-up commercial construction and renovation projects.
• Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, subcontractor management, and project financials.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be located within reasonable commuting distance of the Portsmouth, NH area.
