Project Manager - Ground Up Retail Construction

Job TitleProject ManagerJob DescriptionManage all phases of ground-up retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls. Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and clients. Lead procurement, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Drive project schedules in fast-track retail build environments. Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain project performance. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations. Proven experience delivering ground-up retail or big box projects. Strong understanding of retail construction sequencing and timelines. Experience managing fast-track, high-volume construction schedules. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control experience.
