Job Overview
As the Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our Professional IT Services contract. You will oversee planning, coordination, and management to deliver successful outcomes. Your role includes overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance, managing service quality, and providing strategic guidance for technology planning and IT governance.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience.
- Experience managing enterprise IT operations.
- Knowledge of transit industry technologies.
- Experience managing infrastructure, networks, servers, cybersecurity, and end-user support.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple technical resources.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and service delivery.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Preferences
- Experience supporting public sector or transit agencies.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience managing VMware and Hyper-V environments.
- Experience with VoIP systems.
- Experience supporting fleet management applications.
- Experience with IT procurement planning.
Desirable
- ITIL-based service management experience.
- Experience implementing IT governance processes.

Certifications
