Project Leadership: Lead multiple concurrent IT projects through the full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Execution Management: Manage schedules, scope, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource coordination.
Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration across infrastructure, application development, database, cloud, security, and vendor teams.
Governance: Develop project artifacts (charters, RAID logs, work plans, status reports) and manage project governance.
Strategic Alignment: Partner with technical leads to identify implementation risks and ensure projects align with organizational standards and strategic objectives.
Vendor Management: Oversee vendor and contractor activities to ensure deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.
Infrastructure modernization and data center migration.
Platform upgrades (Windows Server, SQL Server, .NET).
Application modernization and API integrations.
Cloud and hybrid technology initiatives.
Enterprise software implementations and regulatory/business system enhancements.
Experience: 7+ years of IT Project Management experience.
Technical PM: Proven ability to manage technical or infrastructure-focused projects.
Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional technical teams.
Core Competencies: Strong risk, issue, and stakeholder management skills.
Methodologies: Familiarity with PMI, Agile, and Hybrid frameworks.
Certification: PMP certification is preferred.
Highly Desired Experience:
Managing infrastructure upgrades, migrations, or modernization.
Working knowledge of Windows Server environments, cloud platforms, networking, or enterprise apps.
Coordinating directly with architects, engineers, and developers.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Planner, or Jira.
Public sector or government experience.
