A well-established engineering, construction, and energy solutions organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex commercial and institutional projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, and project execution while ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with engineering and construction teams, and has a proven track record delivering large-scale HVAC, mechanical, energy, or building systems projects.
Plan and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor budgets, timelines, and project scopes, making adjustments as needed.
Ensure all projects comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders regularly.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
Document project details and maintain accurate records.
Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes.

A successful Project Manager should have:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of project management experience in mechanical construction, HVAC, MEP, energy services, or related construction disciplines.
Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
Experience managing commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, or government facility projects preferred.
Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000.
