  • Partner with field operations to maintain schedule adherence, manage resources, and control costs throughout the project.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to field teams, helping to resolve construction issues and maintain productivity.
  • Prepare, track, and manage Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, change orders, and project logs to ensure proper documentation.
  • Review and approve project costs, invoices, and pay applications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contract terms.
  • Maintain accurate job cost tracking and provide regular financial updates and forecasts to internal stakeholders.
  • Support invoicing processes in coordination with internal finance teams to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring responsive and professional communication.
  • Lead regular project meetings with internal and external parties, documenting decisions, action items, and progress.
  • Address and resolve design issues, conflicts, and field challenges promptly to minimize impact on schedule and budget.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project partners to support repeat business.
  • Ensure all project activities prioritize safety, compliance, and adherence to company and industry standards.
