Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hayward, CA. This position oversees commercial glazing projects from planning through completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines, reviewing drawings and specifications, tracking materials and deliveries, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Project Manager will monitor project progress, supervise jobsite activities, conduct site visits, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement in processes and customer service.\n

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience in construction or glazing environments.

- Experience with expediting functions, such as Expeditor duties and Expediting of materials, approvals, and documentation.

- Knowledge of inspection processes, including conducting or coordinating Inspection activities to meet building codes and quality standards.
- \n
- Background in Logistics Management, including scheduling deliveries, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.

- Familiarity with commercial construction practices, plans, and specifications, especially related to glass and glazing.
- \n
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with field crews, office staff, clients, and partners.
- \n
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency with project management software, spreadsheets, and digital documentation tools.

- Ability to work on-site in Hayward, CA and visit project locations as needed.
