Healthcare Project Manager - Key Responsibilities
- Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
- Foster and promote a proactive project safety culture across all job sites
- Manage subcontractor procurement, bid packages, and contract negotiations
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and hospital stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
- Review subcontractor progress and lead regular project meetings to ensure milestones and goals are achieved
- Oversee project financials including cost reporting, forecasting, contracts, and change management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare construction regulations, including ICRA standards when applicable
Healthcare Project Manager - Successful Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of construction project management experience with a General Contractor
- Proven expertise in healthcare construction projects (hospital, medical facility, or clinical environments preferred)
- Strong understanding of ICRA protocols and healthcare construction standards is highly preferred
- Ability to read, interpret, and manage all construction documents and specifications
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, systems, and skilled trades
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse project stakeholders

- Base salary: $115,000-$150,000 (DOE)
- Bonus: $12,500-$20,000 annually (project/profit-based)
