Job Description
Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through completion. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost reports. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams. Manage contracts, change orders, procurement, and project documentation. Monitor project financials and assist with forecasting activities. Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to drive project execution. Support project teams in meeting quality, safety, and schedule goals.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5-10 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
- Proven experience managing projects valued at $25M+
- Experience within healthcare, education, senior living, multifamily, hospitality, country club, or similarly complex project environments
- Strong understanding of construction operations and project financial management
- Ability to manage sophisticated renovation and highly customized construction projects
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, client management, and leadership capabilities
