Their relationship-first approach has resulted in substantial repeat business and continued growth throughout the region.Job DescriptionManage all phases of construction projects from planning through completion. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost reports. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams. Manage contracts, change orders, procurement, and project documentation. Monitor project financials and assist with forecasting activities. Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to drive project execution.
