Job Description
- Manage healthcare interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
- Coordinate with field leadership to ensure project execution meets quality and safety standards
- Drive project delivery within active hospital or clinical environments
- Partner with leadership to support continued growth and operational scaling

The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong background in healthcare interiors, specifically hospitals or outpatient labs
- Experience managing projects in the $3M+ range
- Background with established general contractors preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
