We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager for Healthcare Construction to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a driven individual who has a passion for construction, healthcare, and project management. You will be responsible for managing a variety of healthcare construction projects, including renovations and expansions of existing facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects, particularly in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Project Manager for Healthcare Construction, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing all aspects of healthcare construction projects, from initial concept and planning through to completion and handover.
2. Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
3. Overseeing renovations and expansions of existing healthcare facilities, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
4. Developing and managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.
5. Identifying and mitigating project risks, and resolving any issues that may arise.
6. Ensuring all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in healthcare construction.
7. Communicating regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
8. Continually seeking opportunities to improve processes and outcomes, and implementing best practices in project management.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate for the Permanent Project Manager for Healthcare Construction role will have:

1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare construction.
2. Proven experience in managing renovations and expansions of healthcare facilities.
3. A strong understanding of the unique requirements and challenges of healthcare construction.
4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team and liaise with various stakeholders.
6. A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues effectively.
7. A relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
