Job Description
Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Greenville will be responsible for:
- Leading project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Managing subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Communicating regularly with clients, architects, and engineers
- Overseeing project documentation and reporting
- Identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track
- Driving quality assurance and timely project delivery
- Supporting pre-construction efforts including estimating and bidding

The Successful Applicant
Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Greenville should have:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
