Job Description
The Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Leesburg, VA will be responsible for:
- Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and overall project execution.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project performance to ensure cost, quality, and schedule objectives are achieved.
- Identify and resolve project challenges while proactively mitigating risk.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership on project strategy and operational improvements.
- Drive successful project delivery while contributing to the company's continued growth.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Leesburg, VA should have:
- 3+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Healthcare construction experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working directly with clients, subcontractors, and design teams.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
