Job Description
Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved.
Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and resource allocations for multiple concurrent projects.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, consultants, and owners to ensure seamless project execution.
Administer contracts, negotiate change orders, manage RFIs, submittals, permits, and project documentation while ensuring contractual compliance.
Monitor project costs, forecast financial performance, approve invoices, and implement cost-control strategies to maximize project profitability.
Ensure compliance with healthcare, municipal, and commercial building codes, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality assurance programs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and consistent delivery of exceptional project outcomes.
Lead project teams by fostering collaboration, mentoring field personnel, mitigating risks, and driving successful on-time, on-budget project completion.

The Successful Applicant
4+ Years of commercial construction experience
Track record of leading commercial, healthcare, industrial, or public construction projects
Projects valued at $1M+
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Client-facing skillset and ability to foster both new and existing client relationships
What's on Offer
Base salary of $100,000 to $130,000 dependent on qualifications
20% bonus target
$425/month car allowance + company provided gas card
