The business has experienced significant growth in recent years, maintains a strong project backlog, and is recognized for its employee-focused culture and commitment to long-term career development.Job DescriptionManage commercial, public, healthcare, education, municipal, and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and project documentation. Collaborate with owners, subcontractors, field teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements. Drive project performance while ensuring clear communication and proactive risk management.The Successful ApplicantA successful Project Manager should have: 5-10+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Experience delivering public, government, institutional, healthcare, or large commercial projects. Strong understanding of contracts, schedules, change orders, and compliance requirements. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex project documentation. Construction Management degree preferred, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.What's on OfferSalary: $110,000 - $150,000+ (flexible based on experience) Annual bonus opportunity, company vehicle, gas card, laptop, and cell phone allowance.
