Key Responsibilities:
Lead Project Success: Orchestrate all phases of project development from initial planning through final delivery, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements while exceeding client expectations
Drive Team Excellence: Coordinate and inspire multidisciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration across all stakeholders while maintaining accountability for deliverables and quality standards
Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong client partnerships, participate in business development activities, and represent the firm in interviews and presentations
Manage Project Financials: Develop comprehensive budget proposals, monitor project profitability, and recommend strategic adjustments to optimize financial performance
Ensure Quality Excellence: Implement robust QA/QC protocols and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle
Champion Growth: Contribute to marketing initiatives, proposal development, and contract negotiations that drive firm growth and market presence
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
10+ years of demonstrated expertise in architecture and project management within healthcare environments
Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Proven track record leading complex projects through design and construction phases
Experience guiding diverse user groups through collaborative design processes
Deep understanding of current construction methodologies and project delivery systems
Technical Proficiencies:
Advanced skills in project management software and digital collaboration tools
Proficiency with industry-standard platforms (Deltek VantagePoint, Bluebeam, MS Office Suite preferred)
Working knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
OSHPD/HCAI experience highly valued
