Project Manager- Heavy Civil Construction

What You'll Be Doing:

• Estimate and manage heavy civil and utility projects from start to finish
• Prepare bids and review project plans and specifications
• Develop project budgets and schedules
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and materials
• Track project costs and keep jobs on schedule
• Work closely with field personnel to ensure successful project execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners

What They're Looking For:

• Experience in heavy civil construction, underground utilities, earthwork, or similar projects
• Previous estimating, project management, superintendent, or field leadership experience
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• No college degree required—experience matters most
• Desire to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility
