We are seeking a strategic Project Manager to lead high‑impact civil construction projects from concept to completion, driving strategy, solving complex challenges, and bringing plans to life in the field.ResponsibilitiesReporting to a Construction Manager, the responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Project Planning and ExecutionUnderstand our client's needs and the scope of the project.Estimate resources needed to complete projects.Oversee CPM, 3 Week, and 9 Day schedules.Pre‑costing activities of work.Manage the cost report, AR and AP aspect of assigned projects.Team ManagementManage one or more direct reports.Safety ManagementConduct site safety surveys to evaluate safety program implementation.Monitor subcontractor safety performance to ensure Cal‑OSHA compliance.Implement and enforce company and client safety policies.Additional ResponsibilitiesOther duties as directed by the Construction Manager.Preferred QualificationsUndergraduate degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.Minimum 7‑10 years of experience managing civil engineering projects and jobsite safety.Able to read and understand plans and specifications.Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Plan Grid and scheduling software. Ability to learn new programs.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate with internal and external personnel of all levels.
