Works closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and project partners to deliver projects in compliance with contract documents and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssume overall responsibility for project profitabilityPrepare and maintain the master project schedule; update as necessaryEnsure project completion in compliance with project documents and quality standardsDetermine the most cost‑effective use of construction methods, personnel, materials, and equipmentCoordinate construction activities with owners, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teamsManage contracts, pay requests, change orders, RFIs, and ASIs with owners/engineersCreate and manage subcontracts and purchase orders; coordinate scopes of workReview shop drawings/submittals for compliance with specificationsPrepare monthly work‑in‑progress reports; recommend actions on overrunsGenerate and submit pay applications and change proposals; prepare change ordersAssist estimating activities as neededRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 years of construction experience (commercial preferred); heavy‑civil experience requiredExperience in bridge, highway, and heavy‑civil work including grading, drainage, utilities, and concreteAbility to meet deadlines with attention to detail; strong interpersonal skillsProfessional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to read and interpret drawingsProficiency with scheduling software (FastTrack, MS Project, or similar) and Microsoft OfficePreferred QualificationsExperience working with federal, state, and local government agenciesBased in Southwest Missouri with travel to project sites as needed; work is performed in both office and field environments.Salaried position with competitive salary, company fleet vehicle, excellent health benefits, 401(k) with company match, education reimbursement, paid holidays and vacation, and career growth opportunities.Equal Opportunity EmployerBranco Enterprises, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
