Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various real estate projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects and delivering results within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project team

- Monitor project progress and ensure that all tasks are completed according to schedule

- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns

- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the project team

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

- PMP certification is a plus
