Description

• Oversee all aspects of high-end residential construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and open communication throughout the project.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
