Project Manager

Manage high-end residential projects from preconstruction through final completion. Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, and overall project performance. Coordinate closely with owners, architects, designers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Review plans, specifications, and project documents to identify potential issues and coordinate solutions. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, invoices, and other project documentation. Monitor project costs and maintain accurate financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Collaborate with Superintendents and field teams to resolve construction challenges and maintain project standards. Maintain strong client relationships and provide consistent communication regarding project progress. Utilize Procore for project documentation, communication, scheduling, and management. Help coordinate multiple trades and ensure work is completed to the high standards expected on luxury residential projects.

The successful applicant will have 5+ years of Project Management experience in high-end residential construction. Proven experience with custom homes, luxury renovations, and/or ground-up residential construction is required. Proficiency with Procore is required. Strong understanding of construction methods and the ability to understand how projects are physically built. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with high-end clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ability to take ownership of projects and confidently lead teams through the construction process. Must be commutable to Southborough, MA, with the ability to be onsite approximately 2-3 days per week.

Base salary up to $130,000, depending on experience. Annual bonus opportunity. Car allowance provided. Company 401(k) program. Health benefits provided. Generous paid time off.
