We're growing, and we're looking for a Project Manager to grow with us for the long term.The RoleYou'll own our projects from kickoff through closeout: schedule, budget, quality, and the client relationship. You'll report directly to the owner and work alongside our project coordinator and a trusted network of subcontractors and vendors. This isn't a role for someone who passes along emails and waits. It's for someone who takes responsibility for the outcome and makes sure it's right.Who Thrives HereProject Ownership - Takes full responsibility for project outcomes and follows issues through to resolution.Client Leadership - Builds trust with discerning homeowners through proactive communication, professionalism, responsiveness, and transparency.Construction Expertise - Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, plans, specifications, inspections, and quality standards across all trades.Financial & Schedule Management - Effectively manages budgets, costs, schedules, procurement, scope changes, and change orders.Quality Control - Recognizes exceptional workmanship and catches deficiencies before they become larger problems.Subcontractor Leadership - Builds strong trade relationships while holding subcontractors accountable to schedule, quality, and company standards.Proactive Problem-Solving - Identifies potential issues early, develops solutions, and keeps projects moving without unnecessary escalation.What You'll DoLead high-end residential remodels, additions, and whole-home renovations from kickoff through final walkthrough and closeout.Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, providing consistent updates on progress, schedule, decisions, and budget.Build and maintain project schedules and coordinate trades, materials, inspections, and milestones.Create and manage project budgets, track costs, and oversee change orders.Manage projects in Buildertrend, including schedules, daily logs, budgets, selections, change orders, and client communication.Coordinate and hold subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers accountable for quality and schedule.Conduct ongoing quality-control inspections across framing, plumbing, electrical, tile, millwork, finishes, and other trades.Review plans, scopes, and selections to identify conflicts before they affect the field.Manage procurement, material orders, deliveries, and long-lead or custom items.Coordinate permits, inspections, and communication with designers, architects, engineers, and the city.Follow and improve company SOPs and support the development of the Project Coordinator.What You Bring5+ years of experience managing high-end residential construction projects, including custom homes, whole-home remodels, or significant additions.Proven experience working directly with high-expectation or affluent residential clients.Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, codes, inspections, and quality standards.Strong budget, cost-control, scheduling, and change-order management skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Meticulous attention to detail and familiarity with high-end finishes and installation standards.Buildertrend experience strongly preferred; comparable construction management software considered.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.Stable work history and interest in building a long-term career with one company.Spanish speaking is a plus.Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to regularly visit active jobsites.Schedule & AvailabilityFull-time, salaried position with core hours of Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM.
