Description

Project ManagerTake ownership of $5M-$20M commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Build budgets, develop schedules, guide value engineering efforts, and drive project profitability. Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and ongoing project coordination. Partner with field teams, clients, architects, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
