Job Description:
  • Lead day-to-day construction management activities using PMO standards and methodologies
  • Manage project schedules, timelines, budgets, and execution phases
  • Oversee safety enforcement, quality control, and compliance standards onsite
  • Handle change management processes and project documentation
  • Monitor vendor performance, approve invoices, and track expenditures
  • Lead stakeholder communication, presentations, and project briefings
  • Coordinate low-voltage, fiber, structured cabling, and telecom construction activities
  • Assist in managing large field teams of 100+ resources including technicians, safety personnel, project admins, and construction managers
  • Support cost forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting using SPI/CPI metrics
Required Experience:
  • 3–5+ years of telecom construction management or leadership experience
  • Strong background in low-voltage, fiber, cable management, and structured cabling projects
  • Experience managing large-scale data center construction projects preferred
  • Experience with GMP, design-build, fixed-price, and other delivery models
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols, budgeting, scheduling, and quality processes
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders effectively

  • OSHA 30 (required within 60 days if not already certified)

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
