Job Description

The Project Manager | Hospitality & Commercial Renovations will:

  • Manage multiple construction projects concurrently with values up to $5M
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from preconstruction through closeout
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor project performance, costs, and timelines while identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Review contract documents, specifications, and construction drawings
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Support business objectives by maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Travel to project sites nationwide as needed to oversee progress and resolve project challenges

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager | Hospitality & Commercial Renovations will have:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of project management experience within the construction industry
  • Experience managing commercial renovation or interior construction projects
  • Ability to successfully oversee multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience with hospitality renovations is preferred but not required
  • Candidates with multifamily, corporate interiors, healthcare renovation, or similar project backgrounds are encouraged to apply
  • Comfortable traveling approximately 25% of the time for project site visits
