This opportunity is for an experienced Project Manager to lead hospitality construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role will oversee hotels and hospitality assets including ground‑up builds and major renovations, working closely with ownership, design teams, and field leadership.

Description
- Manage hospitality projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and change management
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, and ownership
- Lead owner meetings and drive proactive communication
- Monitor cost controls, buyout, and project financial performance
- Ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence throughout execution
Profile
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with aGC
- Strong hospitality project experience (hotels, resorts, PIPs, renovations)
- Experience managing projects $5M+ from start to finish
- Strong contract, schedule, and cost management skills
- Confident communicator with owners, designers, and field teams
