Project Manager | Hospitality Renovation - Traveling 
Nationwide Travel | $120K-$140K + Bonus + Travel
MUST HAVE HOSPITALITY RENOVATION EXPERIENCE.

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple hotel renovation projects throughout the U.S. from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-3 hospitality renovation projects simultaneously
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors
• Serve as primary client contact
• Coordinate with Superintendents and ownership teams
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Hospitality renovation experience
• Experience with occupied hotel renovations
• Procore and Bluebeam
• Strong budgeting and scheduling skills
• Ability to travel as needed

Preferred

• FF&E experience
• Multi-property renovation programs
• Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or Omni experience
