Project Manager - Hospitality Renovations

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple renovation projects nationwide, managing budgets, schedules, client relationships, and project execution from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys variety, travel, and leading projects valued up to $5M.

Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading multiple renovation projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout
• Managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications
• Overseeing projects ranging from approximately $3M to $50M in value
• Coordinating project teams to ensure successful delivery, quality, and profitability
• Traveling to project sites across the U.S. approximately 25% of the time
• Conducting site visits averaging 2-3 days every other week
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners
• Monitoring project performance and identifying opportunities for successful outcomes

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience
• Bachelor's degree required; Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
• Previous project management experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience managing projects with values up to $5M preferred
• Hospitality renovation experience is required
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel throughout the United States as needed
