Job Description
The Project Manager will:
- Manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously, ranging up to $5M in value.
- Oversee project execution from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project financial performance and support profitability goals.
- Lead project planning, communication, scheduling, and reporting activities.
- Travel to project sites across the U.S. approximately 25% of the time, typically 2-3 days every other week.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, client expectations, and project requirements.
- Support successful delivery of hospitality and other interior renovation projects.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to oversee projects with budgets up to $5M.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
