Who were looking for:

Riot Creative Imaging is seeking a strong manager. If you have a background in large format digital color printing, then this might be a job for you. The RIOT manager will be responsible for managing all phases of manufacturing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all jobs. This includes everything from scheduling, project reviews with account teams, quality control, pre-press, delivery, installation, and financial review. The manager will be responsible for supervising the production team during all project phases from kickoff to production and job completion. The manager must coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure all projects are delivered on time and to client specifications. With a great work/life balance ouremployeesneed to effectively ensure that all clients and all team members are receiving the best service possible. Excellent communication and customer service must always be the highest priority. As the RIOT Manager, you will report to the regional director.

In this role you will:

  • Oversee project workflow from start to finish.
  • Supervise and support production staff.
  • Coordinate with estimating and sales teams daily.
  • Build strong client and vendor relationships.
  • Manage inventory and purchase requests.
  • Coach and cross-train team members.
  • Implement and monitor production tracking and quality systems.
  • Maintain production records and analyze results for process improvement.
  • Oversee project installations and estimating team.
  • Ensure timely project completion and manage employee schedules.
  • Handle employee timecards, safety protocols, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead daily and weekly meetings with teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum (3-5) years experience in large format print production management or supervisory role
  • Must have complete working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Onyx RIP, Outlook, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Solid working knowledge of large format printing equipment, finishing processes, and materials.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
