Project Manager

The Project Manager (PM) will oversee the full lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring they are executed in alignment with company strategy, client commitments, and project goals. This role requires comprehensive leadership across planning, coordination, implementation, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects. We are seeking a candidate with proven experience managing complex subsea equipment projects. The ideal applicant will have hands -on knowledge in executing scopes involving subsea manifolds, jumpers, connection systems, subsea trees, PLETs/PLEMs, SUTAs, and related equipment. Strong technical understanding, cross functional coordination skills, and the ability to deliver on schedule and budget are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:<\/b>

• Effectively execute assigned projects; this includes ensuring strategic execution plans are fully developed and implemented, contracts are agreed upon and adhered to, communications within and external to the team are effective, and approved team resources and budgets are appropriately planned and managed.

• Promote an environment of continuous improvement and employee engagement through regular communication with the team
  <\/li>
• Manage the project schedule, identifying any critical path issues and developing mitigation actions to ensure on -time delivery
  <\/li>
• Development of effective working relationships with internal and external customers, being the central point of contact
  <\/li>
• Monitor team dynamics to ensure optimal team performance and take appropriate action to correct problems within the team stemming from miscommunication, differences of opinion, misaligned objectives, inexperience, etc.

• Establish and align the team to project goals, timelines, and success criteria
  <\/li>
• Provide project forecasts for completion of equipment, services, cash milestones & margin
  <\/li>
• Share knowledge & best practice across the company
  <\/li>
• Responsible for ensuring all work is undertaken in a safe manner in line with company HSE guidelines and work is executed in line with company QMS requirements

  Qualifications:<\/b>
  <\/p>

  
  <\/p>

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Architecture, Science, or management discipline highly preferred
    <\/li>
  • Minimum 3 -5 years of project management, construction management, or project controls required. Oil & gas industry experience preferred but not required
    <\/li>
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with changing priorities
    <\/li>
  • Must be keen to thrive in a fast -paced, rapid growth environment
    <\/li>
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Project required
    <\/li>
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills required
    <\/li>
  • Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team including assigning responsibilities and establishing schedules for individual team members
