Title: Project Manager, HR Tech Incentive Compensation
Location: Merrifield, VA

Compensation:
Pay Range;$72.00-$78.00 Per Hr
Description:
We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to lead the pre-implementation of an Incentive Compensation module.
This remote, contract position involves collaborating with technical and business teams to ensure successful project planning and execution using a generic technology platform.
Lead pre-implementation workstreams for the Incentive Compensation module.
Collaborate with technical leads to create clear plans and timelines.
Facilitate sessions with subject matter experts to document processes.
Drive requirements gathering and documentation.
Coordinate documentation of technology flows and integrations.
Develop a reusable project management playbook for technical projects.
Maintain project plans, logs, and communication plans.
Key Responsibilities
Lead scope definition, planning, and readiness for implementation kickoff.
Translate technical inputs into stakeholder-ready materials.
Document current-state processes and dependencies.
Develop project documentation templates and governance practices.
Coordinate resource planning and vendor mobilization activities.
Qualifications
Experience in project management for technical or enterprise system implementations.
Strong communication skills to translate technical details for various audiences.
Exceptional organizational skills for documentation and cross-functional efforts.
Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
Experience in developing project documentation and templates.
