We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager with a specialization in HVAC for our rapidly growing construction business. The ideal candidate will be skilled in overseeing and managing all aspects of our HVAC projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the Project Manager being involved in all stages of the project, from initial planning and design, through to completion and handover. The Project Manager will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.


Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
2. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
3. Negotiate contracts effectively with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
4. Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met.
5. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
6. Manage the installation of HVAC systems, commercial plumbing, and mechanical and industrial piping.
7. Oversee the construction management process, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
8. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
9. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption to work.
10. Ensure all projects are completed within budget, identifying any potential cost overruns and taking steps to prevent them.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred or relevant experience.
2. Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC industry.
3. Knowledge of commercial/industrial HVAC sheet metal, mechanical, refrigerant piping, and hydronic piping.
