Description
The Project Manager | Hyperscale Data Center | Founding Division Member will:
- Lead day-to-day management of a hyperscale data center tenant fit-out project in Gainesville, VA.
- Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and overall project execution.
- Partner closely with field leadership to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, consultants, trade partners, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while driving efficient project delivery.
- Support the development of company-wide data center construction processes and best practices.
- Provide strategic input as the organization expands its data center operations.
- Deliver regular project updates to executive leadership and ownership teams.
Profile
The Project Manager | Hyperscale Data Center | Founding Division Member will have:
- 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably with mission critical, data center, industrial, or complex commercial projects.
- Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and trade partners.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment with high visibility and significant growth potential.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with tenant fit-outs, mission critical environments, or fast-paced commercial construction projects is highly desirable.
Job Offer
The Project Manager | Hyperscale Data Center | Founding Division Member will receive:
- Base salary up to $140,000-$150,000 for exceptional candidates.
- Annual bonus opportunity of 10-20% of base salary.
