The Project Manager I is responsible for planning and managing a single large project or multiple lower-level projects throughout the organization while ensuring the projects are delivered within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards that meet the customer's expectation. Utilizes project management tools and processes to strategically support organizational growth and development.

Education and Experience
Base Compensation Range: $71,066 - $111,155 annually
Variable Compensation Range: Incentive bonus eligibility up to 12% of gross annual salary base on company performance (as of 2024).
