    AsaProjectManagerI with The Boldt Company, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Working closely with project teams, trade partners, design professionals, and owners, you will help manage project safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client expectations while supporting the execution of Boldt's Lean construction practices and Boldt Production System (BPS). This role providesanopportunitytoleadportionsofprojectswhilecontinuingtodevelopthetechnical,operational,andleadershipskillstomanageincreasinglycomplexwork.
    Project Manager I professionals are responsible for protecting and promoting Boldt's interests on every project by driving collaboration, resolving challenges proactively, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. This individual will support communication and coordination across project teams, contribute to planning and cost management efforts, and help build strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners.     What You Bring  
    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field, MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
    • 5-7 years of AEC or professional services business development experience with strong relationship management and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to build client relationships, drive strategy, and influence stakeholders through strong presentation and leadership skills.
    • Strategic thinker with a focus on outcomes, continuous improvement, and leading change within a collaborative environment.
        Nice to Have  
        • Experience developing business in healthcare or other highly regulated markets.
        • Established network of architects, engineers, and industry partners in Southern California.
        • Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulatory environments such as HCAI.
        • Experience leading proposals, interviews, and using CRM tools for pipeline tracking.

        Compensation

        Target Hiring Range: $137,000.00–$180,000.00 (rounded) annually
        Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $137,000.00–$180,000.00 (rounded) annually; however, compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and business considerations. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and participation in applicable company benefit programs. 
        Candidates whose experience or expertise substantially exceed the requirements of the role are encouraged to apply, as compensation may be reviewed based on individual qualifications.
