  • The Project Manager plays an active role in managing or providing oversight for the subcontractor and/or vendor performance on the project, including setting expectations for such groups. It is critical to the overall profitability of the project that the Project Manager actively monitors and drives the performance standards of all subcontractors/vendors and holds them accountable.

JOB SCOPE

The role operates within general parameters but must use sound judgment and independent decision making when carrying out job responsibilities. Has the ability to influence and recommend modifying existing protocols. Typically manages projects that range from $.5M - $5M and that frequently last 6 weeks or longer. The incumbent is held accountable for the overall guidance and consistency across projects to ensure profitable performance of the work is achieved. The incumbent has profit and loss responsibility for his/her projects as well as, a critical role in securing revenue for the Company. Failure to meet the expectations of the customer could result in significant loss of future business.
