Skills:
5+ years of experience in program management, strategy operations, or chief of staff functions
Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders
Excellent written communication skills; comfortable drafting executive-facing materials
Highly organized with strong attention to detail across multiple concurrent workstreams
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where priorities shift
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar collaboration tools.
Education:
College Degree Required
PMP Certification preferred
Coordinates project activities to ensure the project is on schedule. Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation.
Lead and manage programs supporting sales transformation priorities, including org redesign, headcount planning, and go-to-market strategy
Coordinate across workstreams and stakeholders to track decisions, dependencies, and open items—ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Build and maintain executive-ready communications, decision logs, and program documentation
Support planning and execution of key operating rhythms (e.g., leadership reviews, planning cycles, cross-functional working sessions)
Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and external partners (e.g., ZS Associates) to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
Track execution across initiatives, proactively surfacing risks and mitigation plans
Support change management efforts tied to new go-to-market motions, coverage models, and sales programs
Develop program status updates and briefing materials for CSO and senior leadership audiences
